Online-Shop payments
Our online shop calculates with EUR as it's primary currency! To get USD prices our payment provider (Paypal or Worldpay) will use the appropriate exchange rate of your purchase day. To give you an idea about our licence fees: On 20/January/2009 the exchange rate is at 1.32. With this exchange rate a 10.00 EUR purchase will be at 13.20 USD! With all direct payments the transaction numbers will be send to you directly by email.
If you do not receive an email with the transaction numbers within one day, please get in contact with us so that we can check your order details and the delivery email address.
Note: New Paypal-users have to pay "in advance". The status of those payments will be "waiting" until we receive the confirmation from PayPal (which is an automated process).
