2020-09-10: Update for CareLink export file

With today's update, we are releasing an adaptation that will allow you to import the new export format of CareLink Personal. Medtronic had recently changed the format again, so that CGMS values could not be assigned correctly.

Furthermore, new blood glucose meters have been added to the list of readable devices: i-SENS Caresens Dual, i-SENS Caresens N (HID), i-SENS Caresens N Premier, i-SENS Caresens Pop (HID), i-SENS NoCoding1+, i-SENS Tee2, i-SENS Tee2+, Glucosmart Salsa Connect, Trividia TrueMetrix, Trividia TrueMetrix Air, Trividia TrueMetrix Go and Ypsomed mylife Aveo.
